A: Absolutely. We are a direct manufacturer with a strong R&D and engineering team. We accept full OEM/ODM orders. You can provide your CAD, SolidWorks, or 3D drawings, and our engineers will review the structural feasibility and provide a detailed optimization and quotation plan.
Q: How are the Spacecapsule Mobile Homes shipped globally? Is there any risk of damage?
A: Our mobile homes and prefabricated capsules are designed to standard shipping dimensions or transported via Flat Rack (FR) or specialized containers. They are securely braced, padded, and waterproofed before leaving the factory to withstand maritime transit. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Q: How do your bus shelters and outdoor signage perform under extreme weather conditions?
A: All our outdoor infrastructure products feature heavy-duty galvanized steel or stainless steel structures treated with anti-corrosion fluorocarbon coating or powder coating. They are engineered to withstand high wind loads (up to Category 12 typhoons), heavy snow loads, and are highly resistant to UV fading and rust in coastal or high-humidity environments.
Q: Do you provide installation services or guidance for overseas projects?
A: Yes. Since we cannot always send physical crews abroad, we provide a complete Installation Kit with every project. This includes detailed 3D installation manuals, step-by-step video tutorials, and foundation drawing specifications. For large-scale municipal projects (like smart bus shelters), we also offer remote live video guidance via WhatsApp/Zoom.
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for different product lines?
